All images, photographs, graphics and visual content on this website are the exclusive property of Cmetric Designs, with rights reserved under international and Malaysian copyright law.

You may

View the site’s images for personal browsing; share links to the website (not the images) on social media; and use images with prior written permission and a valid licence agreement.

You may not

Download, copy or reproduce images without written permission; use them commercially, in advertising or in publications without a licence; edit, crop or remove watermarks; or upload them to other websites or social media without consent.

Specific images

Client project photographs are used with client permission — reuse needs written consent from both Cmetric Designs and the client. Concept renders and visualisations are owned by Cmetric Designs and may not be copied, altered or repurposed. Logos, icons and brand elements are trademarked. Event or collaboration images may share rights, but our written permission is still required.

Permission and enforcement

Unauthorised use may lead to a cease-and-desist notice, a damages claim or legal proceedings. To request permission, write to chet@cmetricdesigns.org — we will provide licensing terms and fees.
